We’ve all been there, you open Instagram or Facebook, ready to share something, and your mind goes completely blank. What do I post today? Suddenly it feels easier to just not post at all.
Staying consistent online is so important for keeping your business visible, here are some simple, go-to content ideas you can use whenever you’re stuck.
1. Behind the Scenes
People love a peek into how things really work. Show your workspace, packaging process, or even a messy desk moment, it makes your business feel human and relatable.

2. Meet the Person Behind the Brand
Introduce yourself (again!). Even if you’ve done it before, new followers might not know your story. Share a fun fact, a selfie, or why you started your business.

3. Customer Love
Got a nice review? Screenshot it, pop it into a branded template, and share it. Social proof builds trust instantly.

4. Tips & Tricks
Think of a quick tip your audience would find useful. It doesn’t need to be groundbreaking as simple, practical advice works best.

5. Before & After
Whether it’s a design, product, or transformation, people love a side-by-side. It shows impact clearly and catches attention while scrolling.

6. FAQs
If you often get the same questions, answer one in a post. It’s helpful and saves you time repeating yourself.

7. Seasonal & Trending
Link your content to current events, holidays, or even the weather. (A “rainy day special” or “Monday motivation” post never goes amiss!)

8. Share Your Journey
Talk about a challenge you’ve faced, a milestone you’ve reached, or a lesson you’ve learned. Authentic stories connect more than polished sales talk ever could.

9. Polls & Questions
Engagement doesn’t always need a big production. Ask your audience a simple question, run a poll, or start a fun “this or that.”

10. Celebrate Something
New product? Business birthday? Personal achievement? Share it! Your audience will want to celebrate with you.

Next time you’re staring at a blank screen, come back to this list and pick one idea. Remember, content doesn’t have to be perfect, often, the more authentic and relaxed it feels, the better it performs.
And if you’d rather not stress about what to post at all, that’s where I come in, I can help create and share content for you, so your business keeps making waves online.
